Abstract
This article discusses the implementation mechanisms of the public policy of the Russian Federation for the agriculture development. The existing problems are identified, and the prospects for the development of the agro-industrial complex are determined. Analytical indicators of agricultural development are presented. Trends in the development of both state support and agriculture are determined on the basis of a set of state support measures for agricultural sector
