Abstract

The article presents the efficiency criteria of agricultural facilities that include: system solutions for premises insulation which contribute to the creation of thermally efficient insulating covering based on the application of the materials and structures of high service durability; the implementation of modern design technologies and structural mounting techniques; minimization of ecological risks, aimed at preserving the environment in its natural state; maintaining the working conditions in compliance with sanitary standards.


It is noted that the advantage of framed buildings lies in the possibility of their quick erection without using massive foundations on any type of footings. The analysis of possible types of framed structures revealed that preferable usage of elements made of coniferous species of woods in small buildings, and elements made of light steel thin-walled structures in long span constructions is well-reasoned.


The choice of materials and products that build the insulating covering is an important issue. The usage of roll products based on foamed plastics, which simultaneously implement the heat-shielding, as well as vapor barrier and waterproofing functions is preferable within the scope of framed buildings.


Roll products based on non-cross-linked polyethylene foam and produced by domestic enterprises meet these requirements completely. A particular advantage of this material would be the possibility of seamless joint, based on the elaboration of OOO TEPOFOL (patent No. 2645190). Seamless welded joint allows obtaining insulating shells with a minimized percentage of thermal heterogeneity, and, therefore, with minimal heat loss.
