THE ROLE OF STATE SUPPORT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DAIRY LIVESTOCK INDUSTRY

Abstract
The main growth factors for the dairy farming industry are the following groups: technical and technological (innovative technologies, robotics, informatization and automation); social (employees with appropriate qualifications, personnel renewal, personnel involvement). Until now, agricultural producers do not produce enough milk, therefore, the established rational norms for the consumption of milk and dairy products by the country's for population have not been achieved. Every year, federal and regional budgets allocate funds to improve the efficiency of the dairy farming industry. Employees of ministries, sectoral unions, agricultural producers annually review the directions of state support in order to optimize the existing and offer new forms of state support to increase the productivity, marketability and profitability of agricultural organizations. The main purpose of the study and its novelty is to analyze the main factors affecting the efficiency of funds allocated by the state in the form of support to agricultural producers of the Sverdlovsk region for the development on the dairy industry.
