Abstract

The oil and gas industry is an important part of the Russian economy. Modern society is completely dependent on the oil resources. Many countries have to import oil from abroad, which is a big income for the exporter. But at the moment, the oil market is undergoing significant changes under the influence of economic, natural, scientific, technical and political factors. To change the current paradigm, oil and gas companies need to take appropriate measures to maintain production.
