Abstract

The lack of systematized theoretical knowledge of an applied nature in the issues of forecasting and regulating the processes occurring in the soil cover causes the lack of a methodology for monitoring the dynamics of the soil cover structure. For predictive control of the processes of changes in the structure of the soil cover (SPP), a modern approach to the development of monitoring methodology is required, one of the tools of which can be “Earth remote sensing” (ERS).
