Abstract
The article provides a general description of the legal regime of land plots that are part of zones with special conditions for the use of territories. The opinions of scientists on the concept and elements of the legal regime of land plots are analyzed. The issues of legal regulation of zones with special conditions for the use of territories and land plots located within their boundaries are considered.
