Abstract

The issues of land flooding are very relevant, because the loss of crops, the reduction of fertile land and the retirement of land from circulation negatively affects the economy of the district. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly monitor land and provide a set of measures for the restoration and maintenance of land. The analysis showed that agricultural lands are more susceptible to flooding in the flood zone with a maximum water level of 25%-50% of the security of the river. Iset with tributaries. This suggests that every 2-5 years there is flooding of agricultural land by 90.6-90.9%. The lands of specially protected territories and objects are also more susceptible to flooding in the zone with a maximum water level of 25%-50% of the security of the river. The iset with tributaries is 6.1-6.7%. The reserve of regional significance "Rafailovsky" falls into the flooding zone, the area of flooding with 1% security is 2006 hectares. The lands of the forest fund within the boundaries of the flooding zone of the territory of the Iset district, flooded by the waters of the river. The lands located near the Iset River are subject to flooding, the area of flooding is 30.4 thousand hectares, of which 15 thousand hectares are flood meadows. The lands of settlements are most exposed within the boundaries of the flooding zone of the territory of the Iset district, flooded by the waters of the river. Iset with tributaries at floods and floods 1-% security is 2.7%. Full and partial flooding by flood waters of 1% of the security is exposed to settlements: Isetskoye, Sizikova, Verh-Beshkil, Kommunar, Sloboda-Beshkil, Krasnogorskoye, Barkhatovo, Malyshi, Pastukhova. The flooding zone includes land plots, municipal and warehouse facilities, gas stations and the area of flooding of these objects - 80.64 hectares. The total damage from flooding is 152 698 976.01 rubles. Thus, a project has been developed from natural and man-made processes on the territory of the Iset district, which will help reduce economic losses and increase the sustainable development of the district.
