THE PROCESS OF PRODUCTION OF THE FORENSIC LAND MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE: PREPARATORY WORK

Abstract
The article highlights the necessity of proper organisation of the process of production forensic land management expertise, which plays a crucial role in obtaining good quality results. The existing views on the structure of the production of this type of expertise are criticised. Based on the results of the analysis of the provisions of the general theory of forensic expertise and practical activities of expert land surveyors, a proposal to use a three-part organisational and production structure of forensic land management expertise is made. The stages and composition of preparatory works are considered in detail.
