ON THE PROBLEM OF PROTECTING FOREST LANDS FROM FIRES: THE LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
Protection of forest areas from fires is an urgent problem that requires attention and an integrated approach. In the modern world, the threat of fires in forest areas is increasing due to climate change, illegal logging of trees, as well as the human factor. Fire prevention and control on forest fund lands have a legal basis that needs to be considered in order to effectively solve this problem.
In this article, we will pay attention to the legal aspects of protecting forest lands from fires, identify the main regulations and laws governing this process. Issues of responsibility for the occurrence of fires in forest areas, control mechanisms for compliance with fire safety rules, as well as recommendations for improving legislation in this area will be considered.
