Abstract

The article discusses the concept of environmental compliance in the framework of the implementation of the climate agenda. The features and practice of using the compliance tool are investigated and systematized, taking into account environmental policy and climate change trends. The definition and generalization of the features of environmental compliance are given. The creation and application of environmental compliance contributes to the spread of "social responsibility" in the corporate governance system, as well as the development of tools for the application of decarbonization measures by companies in the context of the implementation of the climate agenda
