CORPORATE COMPETENCIES AS A FOUNDATION FOR THE AGRICULTURAL ECOSYSTEM

Abstract
Corporate competencies play a primary role in the formation of a sustainable agricultural ecosystem, where the effectiveness of each employee directly affects the effectiveness of the entire enterprise. In the context of the dynamic development of the economy, the competent integration and development of these competencies is currently especially important.
The purpose of the study was to determine the corporate competencies of an employee of the agricultural sector in the context of the digital transformation of the agricultural sector.
The subject of the study is the process of formation of corporate competencies among employees of an organization, as the most important tool for the development of an economic entity in a digital economy. The methodology of the study is presented by methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, classification and generalization, the results obtained are presented in accordance with scientific and methodological requirements. The article defines the corporate competence of an employee of the agricultural sector as the ability to carry out the digital transformation of agricultural processes aimed at ensuring the country’s food security.
