Abstract

The The article presents the results of research when technical and economic indicators are used in determining economic efficiency, i.e. values, criteria, levels, meters, coefficients, indicators, indices, allowing to judge the useful result and the cost of resources and investments to achieve it. Among the many indicators characterizing the economic efficiency of solutions in urban planning and territorial planning, the most important are: the balance of the territory, the balance of labor resources, the intensity of use of the territory, the availability of places of gravity, the cost of developing the territory, the cost of construction, operating costs.
