PREVENTION AND COMBAT OF OIL SPILLS IN THE BLACK SEA: A UNIQUE METHOD OF AVOIDANCE

Abstract
This article is dedicated to the study of the issues related to oil spills in the Black Sea, one of the most important and ecologically vulnerable marine regions in the world. Oil spills pose a serious threat to marine ecosystems, harming flora and fauna, and negatively impacting the economies of coastal countries. The Black Sea, as an important natural and economic resource, requires special attention and effective measures to prevent and combat such incidents.
