PROBLEMS OF PLACEMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES IN THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORY

Abstract
Integrated development of the territory is the provision of a harmonious combination of various types of permitted use of land and capital construction facilities, the placement of capital construction facilities for residential, industrial, public, business and other purposes, as well as facilities necessary for their functioning, communal, transport, social infrastructure in order to create comfortable living conditions for citizens, the formation of a favorable environment for human activity and society, ensuring social, economic and ecologically balanced development of the territory. When developing projects for the integrated development of territories, the placement of social infrastructure facilities is not always considered, and mostly these land plots are given over to continuous residential development. To analyze the current situation, an assessment of these territories in Krasnoyarsk was carried out for the placement of kindergartens, medical and educational institutions, etc. Some microdistricts of the city were analyzed, where the project of integrated development of territories is being intensively implemented.
