Abstract

This scientific article provides reasoning and puts forward a hypothesis about the definition of temporal composition as a criterion for deciding on the need to develop suburbanized territories. In this case, the object of the study is the process of suburbanization taking place in the Troitsk Administrative District of Moscow. Our researchers proposed to develop a model of suburbanised areas in the temporal composition by local density to test the truth of the definition of the hypothesis on the clarification of the criterion and to establish accurate results. Experimental methodological and urban planning approbation on the basis of graph-analytical, iterative and indicative methods allowed to achieve similar results. The experience of foreign experience was taken as a basis, which only partially confirmed our assumptions. The methodology of the scientific research consisting of 12 items was determined for the data resulting. The experimental basis and the course of the study were built on them. In addition, our study was visualised and presented using software tools and geo-information layers, which play an important role in further data processing. The graphs of housing meter supply did not provide objective results, but confirmed the feasibility of further model development. Optimal sampling intervals were constructed for the distribution of areas of suburbanized areas based on the Sturgess rule and formula. The research results made it possible to confirm the temporal dependence on the basis of local densities, from which the fragmentation of the model by key stages became clear, which received a historical imprint in the model for determining prospective suburbanized areas. New stages of research work are outlined to stimulate the economic growth of the city and improve the well-being of human society through multifactor assessment of suburbanized territories of the Troitsk Administrative District of Moscow.
