PROSPECTS FOR LANDSCAPE OPTIMIZATION AND GREENING OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of urban improvement as one of the most important areas of activity of urban and municipal economy, it is possible to highlight the actively developing aspect, affecting various areas of modern urbanization, namely active development of microdistricts and individual housing complexes. Improvement of the urban environment forms comfort, aesthetic and functional attractiveness, quality and convenience of life of the population. Thanks to the improvement and formation of a comfortable urban environment, conditions are created for citizens, it is these conditions that ensure a high standard of living in cities. The practical significance lies in the development of the author's project for the organization of the landscape and architectural appearance of the residential complex "Santorini", and the developed measures for landscaping and implementation can also be relevant for other cities and regions with similar problems in the social improvement of urban areas.
