Abstract
The article examines the factors that have a negative impact on the indicators of the economic efficiency of the industry and hinder the sustainable functioning of agriculture. It has been established that the standard of living of people in their places of residence by about 50 percent depends on one factor - on the level of wages received. The authors have proposed a number of organizational and managerial measures to overcome them.
