Abstract

The topic of this article is relevant, because the safety of food products sold to the population directly depends on the completeness of legal regulation of the production of high-quality and safe agricultural raw materials and their processing, in accordance with safety requirements. Since 2018, one of the most important areas in the Sverdlovsk region is the implementation of control over the quality and safety of food products and the identification of counterfeit food products, of particular concern is the fact that the proportion of rejected products continues to increase. This is especially true for dairy and meat products. Livestock raising in the Sverdlovsk region is a priority area in agriculture. In recent years, the safety of dairy products in the region has made the region one of the top ten producers in the country. At the moment, the potential for increasing the volume of business exists at the expense of sites and capacities, which can be fully loaded.


Scientific novelty lies in a comprehensive study of the factors influencing the production of high-quality and safe food products.


The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing factors that negatively affect the production of high-quality and safe food products in the Sverdlovsk region.


The objective of this work is to identify the state of legal support for the production and sale of high-quality and safe food products.
