Abstract

The principles of territorial development planning that have replaced land management do not meet the requirements of balanced and rational nature and land use. The current state of agricultural lands in municipal districts confirms the need to develop project documentation that ensures the rational organization of land use and protection as the basis for the functioning of sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex. In this direction, the authors of the article propose methods based on the scientific works of classics and modernity in the field of law, cadastre, land management, nature management and agriculture, as a priority basis for zonal-ecological and economic-territorial development of municipal districts and agricultural land use. The article considers land management, cadastral and cartographic support for the sustainable functioning of the agro-industrial complex on the example of a number of municipal districts of the Tyumen region.
