Abstract

The authors conducted a study aimed at studying the state management of the use of the agricultural land fund of the country. The modern stage of the development of agricultural culture among farmers was marked by a decrease in the amount of mineral and organic fertilizers applied, the conduct of work on chemical land reclamation, which affected the decrease in soil fertility. However, in the last three years, changes in legislation have been adopted at the federal and regional levels, which are aimed at increasing soil fertility and establish additional requirements for land users of agricultural land. In addition, the authors have proposed new institutional and legal mechanisms that will improve the efficiency of agricultural land use.
