Abstract

The article proposes a model for improving the mechanism of reproduction of investment activity as an element of state regulation of agriculture in the region. For many decades, this sector of the economy as a whole has been unattractive from an investment point of view, especially in Russia, since the level of risk is very high at all stages of the organization of the reproductive process. Along with the growth of our planet's population and global climate change, a new problem has arisen of the need to intensify agricultural production to meet the food needs of all inhabitants of our planet.

All of the above, as well as the results of research on the reproduction of investment activity, the state and dynamics of agricultural development allowed us to develop a scientifically based vision of a model for improving the mechanism of reproduction of investment activity in agriculture in the region.

The mechanism of reproduction of investment activity in agriculture should be understood as a set of real scientific, technical, socio-economic, investment processes, relationships, factors and conditions that provide a certain level of investment activity and investment efficiency, taking into account investment potential, investment attractiveness, investment infrastructure and administrative potential of the economy of the region, organized using formalized approaches. Therefore, the improvement of the mechanism for restoring investment activity in agriculture should be aimed at ensuring effective interaction of all its elements, which is impossible without administrative control.
