СИСТЕМА ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ ЗЕМЕЛЬНО-ИМУЩЕСТВЕННОГО КОМПЛЕКСА НАСЕЛЕННОГО ПУНКТА (НА МАТЕРИАЛАХ С. ПЕРЕВАЛОВО ТЮМЕНСКОГО РАЙОНА)

Аннотация
Земельно-имущественный комплекс (ЗИК) населенных пунктов отличается тем, что создан искусственно и функционирует за счёт деятельности людей для удовлетворения их жизненных потребностей. Вопросы, связанные с функционированием земельно-имущественного комплекса, на сегодняшний день имеют определенный вес, особенно, когда речь идет о населенных пунктах. Земля – часть ЗИК, а также средство труда и главный фактор производства сельских поселений. Земли РФ по целевому назначению делятся на 7 категорий и одна из них – это земли населенных пунктов. Земельно-хозяйственное устройство населенного пункта – это сложный социально-экономический процесс, представляющий собой совокупность экономических, правовых и технических мероприятий. Изучение системы функционирования земельно-имущественного комплекса населенных мест приобретает важное значение, от которого зависит социальная и экономическая составляющая не только конкретного населенного пункта (в наших исследованиях – с. Перевалово), но и страны в целом. В ходе проведенного анализа системы функционирования земельно-имущественного комплекса с. Перевалово выявлены основные проблемы, влияющие на развитие населенного пункта. Даны методические рекомендации по комплексному развитию территории населенного пункта.
