LEGAL REGIME OF AGRICULTURAL LAND IN THE LAND LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

One of the main tasks for the agro-industrial complex and the country as a whole is to ensure high-quality and rational use of agricultural land. The solution to the country's food problem depends on the condition of these lands, their fertility and profitability. Considering the changes that have occurred in the country, much attention was paid to the formation of the legal foundation for these transformations. Regulatory acts were actively adopted to improve land legislation and the part of civil legislation related to agricultural lands. Along with other government measures, legislation should ensure the interest of farms in the efficient use of agricultural land and the involvement of unused land in circulation.
