Abstract

The article is devoted to the project of developing the econen system in the Priuralsky district of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The purpose of this study is to identify the main problems of the use of specially protected natural territories of the Far North. Specially protected natural territories should perform complex functions of protecting not only certain groups of animals, but also their habitat. If the econet system is formed correctly, we will be able to protect the territories of traditional nature management in the current conditions, as well as maintain the ecological balance and the most important natural processes. The practical significance of the study is that it has been brought to specific recommendations that can be used by the Department of Natural Resource Regulation, Forest Relations and Development of the oil and Gas Complex of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug for the conservation and restoration of rare and endangered animal species, including valuable species in economic, scientific and cultural relations.
