Abstract

Most experts point to the acute shortage of professional personnel, and not only the level of specialists in various fields, as the root problem of the agro-industrial complex. The lack of managers in the industry with a high level of competence, capable of thinking strategically and possessing all modern management tools is widely emphasized. The development of the agro-industrial complex is closely related to the issues of personnel training for the industry, which, unfortunately, is not prestigious in the view of the younger generation in terms of building a career trajectory. Modern promotion tools remain in no demand in solving the issue of increasing the prestige of professions related to agriculture. In particular, this is reflected in the insufficient information coverage of positive factors in the development of the domestic agro-industrial complex and the prospects for the development of a specialist's career in the industry.
