Abstract

The land and property complex (LPC) of settlements is distinguished by the fact that it is created artificially and functions due to the activities of people to satisfy their vital needs. Issues related to the functioning of the land and property complex today have a certain weight, especially when it comes to populated areas. Land is part of the ZIK, as well as a means of labor and the main factor of production in rural settlements. The lands of the Russian Federation are divided into 7 categories according to their intended purpose, and one of them is the lands of populated areas. The land and economic structure of a settlement is a complex socio-economic process, which is a set of economic, legal and technical measures. The study of the system of functioning of the land and property complex of populated areas becomes important, on which the social and economic component of not only a specific settlement (in our research - the village of Perevalovo), but also the country as a whole depends. During the analysis of the system of functioning of the land and property complex of the village. Perevalovo, the main problems affecting the development of the settlement have been identified. Methodological recommendations are given for the integrated development of the territory of a settlement.
