Abstract
This article discusses the issues of analyzing the use of the land fund of the territory of the Otradnensky municipal district, the main direction of which is agricultural production. An analysis of the use of the land fund is given taking into account categories, legal characteristics by type of ownership of land plots in the context of municipal property, property of a subject of the Krasnodar Territory, property RF.
